Yet another divide is emerging between white-collar and blue-collar workers as climate change becomes more problematic. This raises additional concerns about workplace health, safety, and equity, especially when individuals working outdoors are in the same company as those working primarily indoors. This issue is personal for me, as my son works in agricultural technology, a field that requires substantial time outdoors. Employers must address this challenge by implementing strategies to ensure all employees are working in safe environments.
