Jordan Poler, Ph.D. and his team at the UNC Charlotte Klein College of Science announced that its innovative nanostructured filtration media has passed the rigorous NSF/ANSI 42 and 61 Point-of-Use tests, confirming it is safe and effective for drinking water treatment. With this validation, they are advancing toward full manufactured certification to produce high-quality water purification filters on a large scale. This achievement was made possible through support of NCInnovation.
